In a small bowl, combine salt, pepper, paprika, chives, and parsley, then sprinkle over the chicken. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, brandy, and mustard. Pour this mixture over the chicken, lower the heat, and let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink inside.
