Instructions

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, garlic, and oyster sauce, stir-frying until the chicken is browned, about 5 to 8 minutes.

Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, cabbage, celery, bean sprouts, zucchini, green onions, and salt. Continue stir-frying until the vegetables are crisp-tender and the chicken is fully cooked with no pink remaining, about 4 to 8 minutes. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.

In a small bowl, mix water, soy sauce, and cornstarch, then pour the mixture into the wok. Cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
