Ingredients List
-
3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
-
1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti
-
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
-
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
-
1 pound processed cheese food (eg. Velveeta)

Cook the chicken in a large pot of salted water. Once fully cooked, remove the chicken, keeping the water at a boil. Shred the chicken and set it aside. Add the spaghetti to the boiling chicken broth and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente. Once done, drain the broth.
Place the pot with cooked spaghetti back on the stove over low heat. Add the shredded chicken, soup, diced tomatoes with chili peppers, and cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Once the cheese has melted, your meal is ready to serve!
