Chicken Yakisoba

Ingredients List

½ teaspoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon canola oil

2 tablespoons chile paste

2 cloves garlic, chopped

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes

½ cup soy sauce

1 onion, sliced lengthwise into eighths

½ medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped

2 carrots, coarsely chopped

8 ounces soba noodles, cooked and drained
Instructions

Heat sesame oil, canola oil, and chili paste in a large skillet; stir-fry for 30 seconds. Add garlic and stir-fry for another 30 seconds. Then, add chicken and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside to keep warm.

In the same pan, combine onions, cabbage, and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the cabbage starts to soften. Add the remaining soy sauce, cooked noodles, and the reserved chicken mixture. Stir everything together to combine and heat through. Serve and enjoy your meal!
