For the Salad:

3 ½ boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and diced

1 head lettuce, torn into small pieces

4 green onions, sliced

6 ounces Chinese noodles, heated briefly to crisp

For the Dressing:

4 tablespoons white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

½ cup peanut oil
Instructions

Prepare the salad: In a large bowl, combine chicken, lettuce, green onions, celery, noodles, nuts, and sesame seeds. Toss to mix and set aside.

Prepare the dressing: In a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then add the oil. Shake or whisk until well blended.
