Cooking Instructions

Bring a pot of water to a boil; lower the heat to medium-low and cook the Brussels sprouts for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water, then set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour, salt, and pepper, cooking for about 1 minute until the mixture begins to tan. Gradually whisk in the milk, then bring to a simmer, whisking constantly, and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes. Add the processed cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Add the Brussels sprouts to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
