Instructions
Lightly coat the slow cooker with cooking spray. Add chopped onions, bell peppers, and a teaspoon of salt. Pour in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and green chiles. Stir to combine.
In a bowl, mix oil, taco seasoning, salt, cumin, and black pepper. Add the chicken and toss until evenly coated. Transfer the coated chicken to the slow cooker.
