Creamy Hash Brown and Pork Chop Bake

1 (2 pound) package frozen hash brown potatoes

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown the pork chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side. Remove from the skillet and set aside on a plate.

In a large bowl, mix the condensed soup, sour cream, and milk until well combined. Stir in the hash browns and onions, ensuring everything is coated. Transfer the mixture into a 13x9-inch baking dish, and top with shredded cheese. Place the pork chops on top of the mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 50 minutes, or until the potatoes are fully cooked and the pork chops are tender. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the pork chops; it should read at least 145°F (63°C) at the center.
