Cooking Instructions

Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the package.

In a skillet, sauté the red pepper and garlic in butter or margarine until the pepper is crisp-tender. Stir in the cream and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, allowing it to slightly thicken. Mix in the walnuts, basil, and onions, and heat through.
