Ingredients Needed

4 (5 ounce) boneless, center-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick

1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning

1 ½ cups cheese and garlic croutons

2 large eggs

cooking spray
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Place the pork chops on a plate and season both sides generously with Cajun spice mix.

Pulse the croutons in a small food processor until finely crushed, then transfer to a shallow dish. In a separate dish, lightly whisk the eggs. One chop at a time, dip the pork chop into the beaten egg, letting any excess drip off, then press it into the crouton mixture to coat both sides. Place the breaded chop on a plate, keeping them separate. Repeat with the remaining chops and mist with cooking spray.

Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip the chops. If needed, mist the chops with more cooking spray to cover any dry spots. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C) when checked with an instant-read thermometer.
