¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 turkey breast cutlets, 1/4 inch thick

½ cup fat free sour cream

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Instructions

In a shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs and cheese. Coat both sides of the turkey with sour cream, then press it into the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the turkey in the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
