Grandma's Quick and Easy Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients Needed

1 pound ground turkey

1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded

2 tomatoes, diced

1 (10 ounce) bag tortilla chips, coarsely crumbled

1 (8 fluid ounce) bottle thousand island dressing
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, then add the ground turkey. Stir and cook until browned, crumbly, and fully cooked. Stir in the taco seasoning according to the package instructions. Remove from heat.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey, black beans, chopped lettuce, diced tomatoes, and tortilla chips. Toss everything together with your choice of dressing. Serve right away, or chill for an hour before serving.
