Crispy Buffalo Chicken Strips

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into finger-sized pieces

¼ cup all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

½ teaspoon salt

¾ cup bread crumbs

2 egg whites, beaten

1 tablespoon water
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C). Lightly coat a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
In a bag, combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. On a plate, blend the breadcrumbs with the remaining garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
Coat the chicken pieces with the seasoned flour. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites with 1 tablespoon of water. Dip the seasoned chicken into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for approximately 8 minutes in the preheated oven. Flip the chicken pieces using tongs and bake for an additional 8 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
