Crispy Honey Sriracha Chicken Wings Recipe

2 ½ pounds chicken wing sections
Honey Sriracha Sauce:

⅓ cup honey
-
⅓ cup sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar

¼ teaspoon sesame oil
-
1 pinch sesame seeds, or as desired
Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and set a wire rack on top of it to make cleanup easy.
In a small bowl, mix together baking powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Place the chicken wings into a large bowl. Sprinkle half of the baking powder mixture over them and toss to coat evenly. Repeat with the remaining mixture, making sure the wings are fully coated.

Place the wings on the wire rack set on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip them over and bake for another 20 minutes. Flip again and continue baking until the wings are golden and crispy, about 15 minutes more. Once done, transfer the wings to a large bowl.

For the glaze: In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the wings and toss to coat them thoroughly.
Transfer the wings to a serving platter and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish.
