½ cup evaporated milk

⅓ teaspoon butter, melted
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish lightly.

In a shallow bowl, mix together the biscuit mix, chopped pecans, paprika, salt, poultry seasoning, and sage.

Dip each piece of chicken into evaporated milk, then coat thoroughly with the pecan mixture. Arrange the chicken pieces in the greased baking dish and drizzle with melted butter or margarine.

Bake for 1 hour, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
