Crispy Potato Quiche

1 (16 ounce) package frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed

¼ cup butter, melted

5 eggs, lightly beaten

1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 cup cooked ham

¼ cup milk

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Press the shredded potatoes into the greased pie dish and brush with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven until lightly golden, about 10-15 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, ham, salt, and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pre-baked potato crust.

Bake in the preheated oven until the center is fully set, about 20 minutes. The quiche will be golden on top, and a knife inserted into the center should come out clean.
