1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary, or to taste

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and gather your ingredients.

In a bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, sea salt, and pepper. Toss until the potatoes are well coated and the garlic is evenly spread. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet with sides.

Place the potatoes on the bottom rack of the preheated oven, shaking them every 5 minutes to avoid burning. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
