Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow dish, melt butter or margarine. In another shallow dish, pour the potato flakes. Dip each piece of chicken into the melted butter, then coat thoroughly with the potato flakes. Arrange the coated chicken pieces in a 9x13 inch baking dish, skin side facing up.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
