Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.

In a shallow dish, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and 1/4 cup of ranch dressing. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat them thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken in the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, no longer pink, and the juices run clear. Serve with the remaining 1/4 cup of ranch dressing for dipping.
