Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, and garlic. Add the chicken and coat it evenly. Then, transfer the mixture into the slow cooker.

Cover and cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours until the chicken is fully cooked and juices run clear. To check, insert an instant-read thermometer into the thickest part of the chicken—it should read 165°F (74°C).

If you prefer, you can substitute garlic powder for fresh garlic in this recipe.
