Crunchy Ramen Coleslaw
Ingredients List

½ medium head cabbage, shredded

5 green onions, chopped

1 (3 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles, crushed, seasoning packet reserved

¼ cup sliced almonds

2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Sauce:

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
-
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons white sugar
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large salad bowl, mix together the cabbage, green onions, and broken ramen noodles; set the bowl aside.
Evenly spread the almonds and sesame seeds across a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown.
In the meantime, prepare the dressing: whisk together vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and the seasoning packet in a medium bowl.
Drizzle the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated. Top with the toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
