Dill Pickle-Marinated Pork Chops

1 cup dill pickle juice

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place the pork chops in a shallow dish and pour the pickle juice over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for the best flavor.

When ready to cook, preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates. Drain the pork chops and discard the marinade.

Grill the pork chops for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) and are no longer pink in the center.
