Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients. Line a 5x9-inch loaf pan with plastic wrap, leaving a 1-inch overhang on both long sides, then set it aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the dulce de leche and 1/3 cup of heavy cream until fully blended, about 1 minute. Set aside 1 cup of the mixture in a large bowl, and reserve the rest for drizzling over the ice cream.

Beat the vanilla, salt, and the remaining 1 2/3 cups of heavy cream with a stand mixer and whisk attachment on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes. Gently fold the whipped cream in 3 parts into the 1 cup of dulce de leche mixture in a large bowl until well combined and no streaks remain.

Spoon half of the whipped cream mixture into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly. Drizzle half of the reserved dulce de leche mixture over the whipped cream layer. Repeat with the remaining whipped cream and dulce de leche mixtures.

Use a butter knife to gently swirl the dulce de leche mixture into the whipped cream, creating a beautiful marbled effect.
