12 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a pan, heat butter and olive oil over high heat until the butter melts and begins to brown, about 1 to 2 minutes.
Toss Brussels sprouts and lemon juice into the butter and oil mixture; stir continuously until the sprouts are heated through and begin to soften, approximately 45 seconds. Remove from heat.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
