Grilled Steak and Spinach Salad

Ingredients List
-
6 cups fresh spinach, rinsed and dried
-
½ cup dried cranberries
-
½ cup walnut halves
-
1 tomato, sliced
-
1 pound top round steak, thinly sliced
-
1 pinch salt
-
1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions
-
Place the spinach on a large plate, then top with cranberries, walnuts, and arrange the tomato slices on top. Set aside.
-
Heat a non-stick skillet (or regular skillet with non-stick spray) over medium heat and cook the steak until fully cooked through and no pink remains.
-
Place the cooked steak over the salad. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with your favorite dressing. For the best flavor, use a light dressing—citrus-based dressings work particularly well here!
