Flank Steak with Korean Marinade

Ingredients List

4 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

1 onion, roughly chopped

2 ½ cups low sodium soy sauce

¼ cup toasted sesame oil

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons unseasoned meat tenderizer

1 cup white sugar

2 pounds beef flank steak, trimmed of excess fat
Instructions

Combine garlic, ginger, and onion in a blender. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, meat tenderizer, and sugar. Blend until smooth.

Transfer the marinade to a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl. Score the flank steak and immerse it in the marinade. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 8 hours.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the steak on the preheated grill for approximately 7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
