Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.

Preheat your outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grill grate. Shape the beef mixture into six patties, each about 1/2 inch thick, and remove from the fridge.

Grill the patties for about 3 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through with no pink in the center. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches 160°F (70°C).
