Garlic and Parmesan Fries Baked to Perfection
Ingredients Needed
-
4 large unpeeled russet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch strips
-
¼ cup olive oil
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ teaspoon ground dried thyme
-
½ teaspoon seasoned salt, divided (Optional)
-
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
-
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Cooking Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
-
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, thyme, and 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt until well coated. Transfer the fries to a nonstick baking sheet, reserving any leftover oil in the bowl.
-
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping the fries halfway through. Afterward, place the fries back in the bowl with the remaining olive oil. Add 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese and parsley, tossing until evenly coated. Arrange the fries back on the baking sheet.
-
Continue baking for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Finish by sprinkling the fries with the remaining Parmesan and 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt before serving.
