Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute. Then, add the tofu and tamari, stirring to coat evenly. Cover and cook for 20 to 30 minutes.

Before serving, squeeze fresh lime juice over the tofu for added flavor.
