Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Combine broccoli and garlic on a large baking sheet, drizzle with 3 tablespoons of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Roast in the oven until the broccoli is tender, about 20-25 minutes.

After roasting, toss the broccoli with parmesan, lemon juice, and the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Serve hot.
