Garlic Parmesan Roasted Kohlrabi

4 kohlrabi bulbs, peeled

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Slice the kohlrabi into 1/4-inch thick pieces, then cut each piece in half.

In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss the kohlrabi slices in the mixture to coat evenly.
Arrange the kohlrabi slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Place in the preheated oven and bake until the edges are golden, about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even browning.
Take the kohlrabi out of the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to allow the cheese to melt and brown. Serve immediately.
