Garlic Rosemary Braised Pork Chops

4 (6 ounce) boneless center-cut pork loin chops, trimmed of fat

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 cup low-sodium beef broth
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together rosemary, ground pepper, and salt. Rub the mixture evenly over the pork chops.

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, stir in garlic, then add the pork chops to the pan. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Lower the heat and pour in the beef broth. Let the pork chops simmer for 35 to 45 minutes until fully cooked. The internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C) when measured with a meat thermometer at the thickest part of the chop.
