Garlic-Seasoned Baked Pork Chops

4 (5 ounce) butterflied pork chops, trimmed

2 pinches seasoned salt, divided
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly coat the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter.
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg and milk. Dip the pork chops into the egg mixture, then arrange them in the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoned salt on each side.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip the pork chops and season the other side with garlic powder and seasoned salt. Continue baking until the pork is fully cooked through and no longer pink in the center, about 10 more minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches at least 145°F (63°C).
