1 tablespoon sugar

¾ teaspoon garlic salt

2 cups cherry tomato halves
Instructions

Add green beans and water to a large pot. Cover and bring to a boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the beans are tender, around 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in sugar, garlic salt, black pepper, and basil. Add the cherry tomatoes and cook gently until softened. Pour the tomato mixture over the green beans, tossing everything together to combine.
