Grilled BBQ NY Strip Steaks

4 (6 ounce) New York strip steaks

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup Worcestershire sauce

¼ cup steak seasoning

4 tablespoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

½ teaspoon dried basil

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions

Use a fork to poke holes into the steaks on all sides.

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning, garlic, vinegar, basil, and Italian herbs. Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add the steaks, ensuring they are well coated. Squeeze out any excess air and seal the bag. Let the steaks marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat and lightly oil the grill grate.

Remove the steaks from the marinade, shaking off any excess. Discard the remaining marinade.

Grill the steaks on the preheated grill for 7 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
