Grilled Chicken Burger Recipe

Cooking Instructions
Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, around 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the carrots, bell pepper, tomato, and mushrooms, then cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are soft, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool completely, about 20 minutes.
Preheat your outdoor grill to medium heat and lightly grease the grill grate with oil.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken with the cooled vegetable mixture. Add breadcrumbs, egg, seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly combined. Shape the mixture into eight patties.
Grill the patties on the preheated grill for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until they are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear. An instant-read thermometer should register at least 165°F (74°C) when inserted into the center of the patties.
