Grilled Country-Style Pork Ribs

½ cup Burgundy wine

¼ cup BBQ, plus more for basting

¼ cup cider vinegar

¼ cup hot pepper sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard

4 pounds country-style pork ribs

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions

In a bowl, combine wine, BBQ sauce, cider vinegar, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Stir until well blended. Place the ribs in a baking dish and pour the mixture over them, ensuring the ribs are thoroughly coated.

In a separate bowl, mix together onion powder and garlic powder. Sprinkle the powder mixture over the ribs and allow them to marinate for 2 hours, turning them halfway through.

Preheat your grill to medium-low heat and lightly grease the grill grates.

Place the ribs on the grill, cover, and cook over indirect heat for 45 minutes, flipping once.

Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce and continue grilling for another 15 minutes, basting and turning them frequently until the meat is tender.
