Grilled Lamb with a Sweet and Savory Brown Sugar Glaze

2 teaspoons dried tarragon

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon salt

4 bone-in lamb chops

vegetable oil for the grill
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together brown sugar, ginger, tarragon, cinnamon, pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Rub the spice blend onto the lamb chops and arrange them on a plate. Cover and let the lamb marinate in the fridge for one hour.
Preheat the grill to a high temperature.
Lightly coat the grill grates with vegetable oil, then arrange the lamb chops on the grill. Grill for 5 minutes per side, or until the lamb reaches your preferred level of doneness.
