2 slices whole wheat bread

1 medium banana, sliced

Instructions
Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on one slice of bread and layer with banana slices. Spread the remaining peanut butter on the second slice of bread, then flip it over and place it on top of the bananas, pressing gently to seal.
Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray and heat it over medium heat. Add the sandwich to the pan and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
