¼ teaspoon onion powder

4 portobello mushroom caps, stemmed, cleaned, and gills removed
Cooking Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium heat and lightly grease the grate.

In a large bowl, mix together chopped bell pepper, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and onion powder; spread the mixture evenly over the mushroom caps.

Arrange the mushrooms on the grill, stuffed side up, over indirect heat. Close the lid and grill for 15 to 20 minutes, until tender.
