Season the salmon fillets with a blend of lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.

Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, water, and vegetable oil in a small bowl, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Place the fish in a large resealable bag, add the soy sauce mixture, seal the bag, and turn to coat the fish. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
