Grilled Spicy Chicken Breasts

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate to prevent sticking.
In a bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, thyme, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. Set aside 3 tablespoons of the spice mix for later; store the rest in an airtight container for future use.
Generously rub the reserved 3 tablespoons of spice mixture over the chicken breasts.
Grill the chicken on the preheated grill for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until the juices run clear. Use an instant-read thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 165°F (74°C).
