1 (16 ounce) package frozen corn

1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes

1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix

6 romaine leaves, or as needed, rinsed and dried
Instructions
Heat a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey and cook, stirring frequently, until browned and crumbly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the corn, black beans, diced tomatoes, and taco seasoning. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until the mixture is hot and well-combined.
Place lettuce leaves on a flat surface and spoon the turkey and bean mixture onto them.
