Cooking Instructions

Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker with the sliced onions. Pour in the wine, water, and soy sauce, ensuring the pork is coated. Spread the garlic over the pork, concentrating it on top. Season with pepper. Cover and cook on Low until the pork is slightly pink in the middle, about 4 hours. The internal temperature should reach at least 145°F (63°C) when measured with an instant-read thermometer.
