Herb-Crusted Roasted Pork Tenderloin

1 (32 ounce) jar sauerkraut, drained

½ apple

½ onion

⅓ cup brown sugar
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Coat the pork tenderloin with sage and garlic salt. Place it in a baking dish or casserole. Top the meat with half of the sauerkraut. Lay the apple and onion, cut-side down, over the sauerkraut. Cover with the remaining sauerkraut and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Cover the dish and bake in the preheated oven for 2 to 3 hours, until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
