2 teaspoons garlic salt

½ teaspoon dried thyme

¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

3 pounds boneless pork loin roast
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix together rosemary, garlic salt, thyme, and pepper. Add the pork loin to the bag, seal it, and shake until the meat is fully coated with the spice mixture. Transfer the seasoned pork to a medium baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until fully cooked. An instant-read thermometer should register at least 145°F (63°C) when inserted into the center of the roast.
