Homemade Egg Noodles

2 cups all-purpose flour

¼ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon baking powder

4 egg yolks
Instructions

Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Add egg yolks and mix until the dry ingredients are moistened.

Form the mixture into a ball, divide it into four pieces, and roll each piece on a floured surface to a thickness of 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Cut into the desired shape and lay out on a linen towel or wooden dowel to dry.

Once dried, add the noodles to a broth such as chicken or turkey and cook until tender.
