In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, and salt. Set the mixture aside. In another large bowl, use an electric mixer on high to beat together eggs, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract for about 30 seconds. Add in the pumpkin and oil, then mix again. Gradually fold in the flour mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth and fully combined.

Place the loaf in the preheated oven and bake until the top turns a rich brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 70 minutes.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 30 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a wire rack to cool completely. Slice into 1-inch thick pieces.

Chef’s Tip
This pumpkin bread freezes wonderfully. Simply store any leftover slices in a resealable plastic bag (or wrap them in plastic wrap) and freeze. When you're ready to enjoy, microwave a slice on high for about 45 seconds, and it’ll taste as fresh as when it first came out of the oven.
