Honey Dijon Brussels Sprouts

10 Brussels sprouts, halved

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 pinch dried dill weed

1 pinch onion powder
Instructions

Place Brussels sprouts in a saucepan filled with lightly salted water. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the sprouts are tender, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain them well.

In a large bowl, combine butter, honey, Dijon mustard, dill, and onion powder.

Toss the cooked Brussels sprouts in the honey Dijon mixture until evenly coated.
