2. Move Rice to a Freezer Bag

3. Freeze the Rice
Place the rice bags in the freezer, stacking them neatly and flattening them to save space. Be sure to press out as much air as possible from the bags. Store the rice in the freezer for up to one month for best results.

How to Reheat and Use Frozen Rice
Frozen rice can be cooked directly from the freezer or thawed beforehand. To thaw, break the rice into chunks and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover the container and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the rice is heated through.
